The reason we don't need to dig up your floor.
Underfloor heating used to be expensive and disruptive. Not any more. Our milling machine cuts circuits directly into your existing floor, ready for pipework, and as far as we know it's the only method of its kind working in Portugal.

- Works inside a home you're still living in, no need to move out during the job
- All dust extracted during cutting, so the work stays clean
- Floors can be milled, pipework installed, and tiled over within days
- Choose to keep your exact floor height, or skip tile removal entirely, whichever matters more to you
- Same milling and pressure-testing standard, whichever method you choose
- If you're already considering retiling, there's no better time to add underfloor heating
What it does
The machine cuts narrow, controlled channels either into the screed beneath your existing tile, once that tile's lifted, or straight through the tile itself if you'd rather not remove any. Either way, the channel itself is deep and precise enough to house water-based heating pipe without breaking up the floor around it. Where a standard retrofit needs the whole floor excavated down to the subfloor, milling only touches exactly what the pipe run needs.
Why it matters here
Most Algarve renovations are happening in homes people are already living in, not empty shells. A method that doesn't require lifting every tile in the house is the difference between a few days of disruption and five or six weeks living on a building site.
